CallRouter Ax, in short CRAx, is a flexible and competent service for receiving and managing incoming phone calls. Due to its flexible design and many features, phone flows can be customized to fit most needs.

CRAx introduction

CallRouter Ax (CRAx) is used for receiving and handling incoming phone calls. Depending on the needs, a service can forward calls to specific numbers or groups of numbers, play prompts, receive voice messages, and more.

The handling of incoming calls are set in Flows, which consists of one or several configurations for what should happen with calls, we call these configurations blocks. There are several types of blocks for specific purposes, such as to route calls or set up a telephone queue. By linking together blocks in a flow, both simple and more complex handling of calls can be set up for CRAx services.

A common setup is to have two flows, one that forwards calls when the service is open and one that plays a closed message when the service is not open.
