Access and Permissions
Access to each view in SMS Box depends on which permission group your user has. Viatel provides four global permission groups by default, and you can also create custom ones if you need different combinations See Administration - Permissions for how to set those up.

SMS Box Inbox Admin | Inbox page, including inbox settings (auto reply, junk filter, forwarding) |
SMS Box Inbox User | Inbox page (read and reply only) |
SMS Box Sender | Send button and Analytics view |
